A beautiful and very famous Jaeger-LeCoultre table clock with 8-days movement in shape of an old street lamp from the '60s. This timepiece exists in many variations and with several street names. Simple manufacture, made with alarm clock, reciting alarm clock and additionally with day/night indicator (for the respective references and calibre, see specific clock). The lamp shade exists in transparent acrylic, opaque beige, opaque white. Variations of the lamp: gold plated or painted in black, green, and very rarely in wine red. The streets are emphasising the 'Streets of Paris'. The by far most common street is the 'Street of Peace' in Paris, the 'Rue de la Paix'. Other streets / places in Paris: Avenue Victor Hugo, Place de Opera, Place de Concorde and Rue Royale. In Germany – Hamburg Reeperbahn / England – London Portobello Road / USA – New York Wall Street and New Orleans Bourbon Street. This list corresponds to our best knowledge and collected items. We placed the timepiece on offer in a LeCoultre box with new foam inlay. Included is also the only document about the clock known to us, the certificate 'The Street of Paris', a reprint from an American merchant. Here is the model:
