Meteorite Campo del Cielo. Museum - 15.2 Kg
Complete piece of metallic meteorite Campo del Cielo, with a quality and size worthy of a Museum. It features several deep regmaglypts and a very aesthetic shape.
15.2 kg of core of a planetoid disintegrated during the continuous impacts that happened in the formation of the solar system, with an estimated age of formation of 4,000 million years. It came in the form of a meteorite around 2,500 years before Christ to the current Argentina, and along with the rest of the other meteorites of this fall they are the largest rain of metallic meteorites known to date.
Since in 2008 the Government of Argentina banned the export of meteorites, specimens of Campo del Cielo have increased their value and revalued rapidly with the passage of time.
