Handmade and hand painted with a beautiful colourful decoration of flowers and birds. Compared to making the traditional Delft Blue, making Delft Black is a re complex and special process. Delft Black was only made in small numbers in the period 1978-2009 and is therefore a rare product with a high collector’s value. The beautiful Delft Black was introduced at 325th anniversary of De Porceleyne Fles. It is base on the ‘Famille Noir’ which was also made in the 17th century. A black background with a fine decoration in different colours. It was also called ‘The wondrous Black of Delft’. Style: Black Delft - Famille Noir.
