By the well-known makers of Longines: this wonderful Swiss timepiece La Grande Classique. Not only is it very beautiful but it is also wafer-thin, extremely light and in excellent condition. It is a men's model, L4 635 2. Serial number 28663213. Purchased at Steltman Jeweller's in The Hague in 1990–1994. Works with batteries! The thickness of the watch is 3 mm and the size is 30 mm (measured by a jeweller), without the crown. The leather strap is not original. Unfortunately, a box is not included and I no longer have the purchase receipt either. I am the first owner of this beautiful watch! The steel case is coated with a gold-coloured layer, just like the original clasp on the strap. Just recently, 14-01-2019, had it fitted with a new battery at the jeweller on the Hoogstraat in The Hague. Needless to say, you are more than welcome to view the watch ahead of time!
