Beautiful and large vintage Edox Delfin Super waterproof from the 70s. The 'Delfin Super waterproof' was an extra waterproof wristwatch thanks to gold plated gaskets, a thick glass and extra protection behind the caseback. This vintage Edox has a stainless steel case of 36 mm and wears beautifully large due to the thickness of 12.5 mm and 41 mm Lug to Lug size. The wristwatch has a unique appearance due to its brown dial with a vertically brushed structure. This dial is light in the middle and darkens around the sides. The colour also changes with the light. This brown coloured dial gives the wristwatch a unique and beautiful appearance! The beautiful AS ST 1950/51 movement ticks behind the screwed caseback. The timepiece runs excellent and adjusts smoothly. Time adjustment also works great and the date changes smoothly at 12 o'clock. So technically ready for years to come! The wristwatch has a universal steel strap which is suitable for wrists up to 21 cm. The style of the strap fits beautifully with the vintage Edox. In the Seventies, Edox was a luxurious Swiss wristwatch brand comparable to brands like Longines, Tissot, Omega and Certina.
