The chairs come from a private collection and were purchased in the late 1980s-early 1990s from the Cassina's official Italian store in Milan. As the photographs show, they are in good condition, with the frame intact and the varnish well preserved on all of the pieces. The padding is original and all in good condition. The lining, however, as shown in the photos, is stained and shows signs of wear due to age. (The chairs are over 30 years old and have never been restored or modified.) They can easily be replaced to return the chairs, which are difficult to find on the market and very expensive, to like-new condition.
